The finish of the Amal Association is close and my sentiments are equivalent to the school finishing days. I’m pitiful regarding why this will end, yet as everything is transitory, the very like that three-months in length association is additionally going to end.

The most joyful snapshot of my life is that I am a piece of the Amal family. I turned into a deep-rooted student in the wake of joining Amal.

Before joining Amal, I was not an engaged individual, I was not an objective arranged individual, which implies my objectives were not satisfactory.

In the initial fourteen days I was contemplating would I be able to accomplish my objectives through the Amal stage, I was befuddled, joining Amal is my right choice or not?

In the subsequent meeting, I was simply stunned, because the meeting was on khudi and confidence. I understood my missteps and I talked about them with my companion. Today I understood that “I am not an engaged individual since I don’t have the foggiest idea what to do in my life”. That was simply the principal day I began dealing with self-reflection. Since when you ponder yourself, you will gain from past encounters, and you will keep fixed on your objectives.

“Self-reflection is a humbling process. It’s essential to find out why you think, say, and do certain things…. then better yourself.” — Sonya Teclai

Through this journey, I learned that firstly I have to clear my goals, Amal helped me a lot, thanks to my mentors who helped to identify my goals, and get out of my comfort zone.

One-on-one sessions, different activities, sessions, teachers appreciation & fellows feedback helped me to improve myself. Now, I know what I am doing, and what to do in the future. By staying focused, I am working on my goal and I am determined to become a successful person.

In our first blog, we gave the details of our project work, its progress report, and the reason for choosing this problem. We work on this project every week because it’s a long process to change the area. We defined our goals and objectives. We did our work according to the plan and now in our second blog, we update our details step by step. We are almost close to our goals, as we set the target for a google survey, webinar, checking air quality, and tree plantation. Some targets are continuing as that is compulsory.

Positive Reflection on Amal Journey

Become a lifelong learner!

Learning is a part of life in which we learn something new for our exposure and experiences. Same as that, I applied for Amal and got selected.

Firstly, let me introduce myself. My name is Nisar from Batch 185, Amal academy.

Before joining Amal, I was less confident and I was a hesitant and less focused student. My goal was not clear. My resume was not perfect.

Mitigation of Air Pollution

I am doing a fellowship at Amal Academy. While doing the course in the 5th week of fellowship a project named Mega Project was assigned to us in which we have to select one social issue of our society. We make a problem statement, a possible solution and perform other social experiments on it. For this purpose, we were divided into groups of 5–8 in our group “Chamber of Ardent”, we were a total of 6 members. After discussion and a zoom meeting, we agreed on one
